We were last inspected by Ofsted in December 2022 and judged Good, with particular strengths noted in our learning environment and pastoral care.

- A community that deserves strong and compassionate leadership.
- A supportive governing body and strong LA partnership.
- The chance to make a significant difference in a vibrant, diverse and ambitious school.

- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and experience acting as DSL/Deputy DSL.
- The ability to analyse data and respond strategically.
- High expectations for pupils and unwavering commitment to inclusion.
- Excellent communication, relational and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to lead with clarity, empathy and professional integrity.
- Experience of coaching and developing staff.
