Dear Parents/Carers

Breakfast Club Provision

I am pleased to confirm that we shall continue to provide Breakfast Club provision on a daily basis between 07:30 and 09:00 at a cost of £3.00 per child, per session, commencing Monday 4th September.

Booking and payment will be via ParentPay.  Bookings will be on a weekly basis and the cut off day to place bookings will be the Thursday of the week before.  Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the place.  If your ParentPay account is in debt, bookings will not be permissible until the debt has been cleared.

If you do not currently have a ParentPay account, please email your booking request to breakfastclub@claremont.nottingham.sch.uk.  Please include your child’s name, class, week commencing date and the days of the week you would like to book. 

Breakfast Club will be staffed according to the number of children attending.  It will therefore not be possible to give refunds for cancelled sessions.

Unfortunately, children arriving at school without a booking will not be admitted.

Government guidance has been followed and a full Risk Assessment (available on request) has been conducted to make the school setting as safe as possible for pupils, parents and staff.

If you are new to Parentpay, you can pre-book Breakfast Club by following the steps below:-

• Log into Parentpay,

• On the home screen, look for the yellow box that says pay for other items,

• Options- Breakfast

• Click on the club name that you would like to book- Breakfast

• Click view,

• Make bookings- you will find this at the bottom of the page,

• From the drop down menu, choose the club you wish to book,

• Click on the week commencing button where the available dates will appear,

• Please confirm booking when you have selected the dates.

What can you do at breakfast club?

There are lots of fun activities at our Breakfast Club.

We enjoy building with the Duplo.

There is a variety of games, colouring and space to practise gymnastics.

We have a reading area with bean bags and brand new books!

There is a homework table where you can complete your homework.
