Reading |
Open the Questions document at the bottom of the page. There are Green, Yellow and Red questions, so just answer the ones you are comfortable with. Use the Text document, also at the bottom of the page, to remind you of the story. |

Rivers of the world. In the resources section, there are two documents about Rivers. Resource 1 is a table of information all about the world's Major Rivers. Look at the information and complete the related questions Resource 2 is some really interesting information to read about famous rivers. Read the information and make a River Glossary of any unusual words that you come across. Examples of words you could include are; glaciers, source, stream, plateau etc Use a dictionary or the internet to help you find out the meaning of the words. Resource 3 is an example of a glossary. |
