Activity 1

Maths, Physical Development


Being fit is very important for your body. Let’s do some workout to keep your body in good shape.

Try to do 9 times of the following:

  • nod your head
  • twist your body with arms spread
  • jump
  • touch your toes
  • run on a spot and count to 9

When being outside, in your garden or on your walk can you find a stick and draw number 9? Can you find 9 things outside, e.g. 9 stones, 9 leaves, 9 flowers?
