Today it is really important that you understand the difference between AM and PM. Start by reading through the PowerPoint presentation below:
Now that you have a good understanding of AM and PM please try either the developing, expected or greater depth questions in the fluency document.
If your adult thinks that you are finding this too easy, you could challenge yourself by trying some of the questions in the problem-solving document.
(Remember the answers are provided at the end to allow your adults assess how well you have done - no peaking please )
Today you are going to play the word family game! Roll a die and then move along the board, using the word you land on, list all of the words you can think of which are part of its family. Think back to yesterday and add prefixes and suffixes to help you. You can play as many times as you like. Play on your own or with someone in your family. If you do not have a die, I have added an online one for you to use.
Yesterday you drew your own mazes - today I would like you to make a maze of your own. There are so many different ways that you can make a maze that I have posted a picture gallery below to show you some examples.
You could use: Lego/building blocks, straws, old boxes, matchsticks, paper rolled tubes, sticky tape on a hard floor/surface, kitchen objects, pasta (if you can find any!).
Be as creative as you can and have lots of fun with this. Remember to send me pictures of your fabulous work
