You can do the following tasks in any order. If you can't do a task, click here to find one of my helpful videos. The tasks will be on this website for a few days and then they will disappear.
|Morning Maths||Watch the Youtube video "Subtraction with Decomposition" and try some examples of your own.|
Watch the first YouTube video about using subordinate clauses first in a sentence.
You will need a pen or pencil and some paper to do the examples.
Open the document called "Area and Perimeter" at the bottom of the page. Look at the first 10 questions. Don't panic! Just see how many you could do without any help. Then go to Step 2.
Watch the YouTube video called "Area and Perimeter."
Now try to do the first 10 questions in the document. It is important to show your working, but do not write the question out first.
Do the work in your exercise books or on spare pages of your Maths Homework book.
If you need any extra help, contact me in the usual way:

Click here when you are ready to start the lesson.
This is a Year 5 lesson, but it is suitable for our class.
If it asks you to write something down, use your exercise book or blank pages in your Literacy Homework Book.
