FRIDAY !

PHONICS

It's revision time! Get ready!

Lesson 50 - Year 1

Our Year 1 Letters and Sounds Phonics lessons are suitable for children who can blend and read words such as 'stamp', 'chair' and 'green'.

ENGLISH

It's going to be a fun lesson today! You will play a game called hot-seating and you will interview a tiger! For this game you need another person to help you. It can be your grown-up, your brother or sister (who can speak ...obviouslylaugh) You can record your interview and send it on dojo!

So how to play the game:

- you need to write some questions you would like to ask a tiger (think about the right punctuation mark!) eg.

Why did you come to Sophie's house?

Do you have any friends?

Will you come back to visit Sophie and her family?

What is your favourite food?

Remember to use your neatest handwriting so you can read it to the tiger!

- the other person will pretend to be a tiger and will answer your questions

Have Fun!
